RWW 196 The Peach Crate

This is a simple project that I built over the course of a few hours including the drying time for the decoupage paste. I think I actually used my hand planes too much on this and could have left all the lumber rough sawn. But sometimes I just can’t help myself and end up making things more refined than they need to be.

Most importantly for this project however was that my wife requested it, I actually built it quickly, and she loves it!  Now we can hold our heads high when we carry our fresh produce home.  What more can you ask for?

And I got to use my frame saw…so its a win all around.

Okay the crate has one more function…at least until Kenny gets bigger.  Which has already happened.
